Regul.O Flow regulator with radial control - Type CR

Application

  • The Regul.O type CR flow regulator is ideally suited for regulating the flow rates of stormwater basins and stormwater runoff and contributes to better hydraulic management. It can also be established as a unitary network or rain-fed network.

Principle

  • Ensures a constant flow rate, with a variation of less than 5% regardless of the tidal flow in the basin.
Regul O 01
  • Mechanical operation based on the analysis of the water level by a float arm controlling the displacement of a diaphragm.
  • Section of passage of the effluent defined to limit the risk of clogging by the preservation of a "circular" orifice.

Regul.O_CR 80

Technical data

  • AISI 304 L stainless steel construction.
  • Supplied with stainless steel expansion plugs and sealing joints.
  • Hydraulic response curve which can be transmitted on request.

  • Reading of large water levels upstream.
  • Adaptable to specific projects.
  • Realisation of all 304 quality stainless steel (316 on request).
  • Ease of implementation.
  • CSTBat certification on regulated stormwater runoff, integrating Regul.O type CR flow regulator.

Implementation

  • On flat and vertical concrete wall.
  • Counter-drill the holes in the template frame at the top and bottom of the regulator.
  • Position the expansible plug after each drilling without locking the nut.
  • After inserting all the plugs, make a cross clamping. Be careful not to deform the frame.
  • After tightening, grout with cement mortar if necessary.
  • Be careful not to damage the seal during installation.
